Office and keys
Your host or the secretary of your group will show you your room and together with you collect the key of the main entrance and your office at the reception. Also see the explanation on the working of the key.

Computer equipment and account
There will be a desktop computer at your disposal in your office as soon as you arrive. Normally, this will be a Windows PC. More information on the usage and possibilities you will find in the section of the Technical Group.
