Resting & Nursing Rooms

The Institute has two rooms that can be used for first aid use or nursing, which can both be found on the first floor of the building.

    Room 201

This room can be used for people who need to rest, nurse or pump on a regular basis. In order to get access to this room, you need to do two things:

    1. Ask for access to the booking calendar via Jasper Bok and/or Ilse van den Dobbelsteen (First Aid coordinators). With this calendar you can book slots for this room, to ensure availability.
    2. Ask for access to the room by filling in the ‘additional key access’ request form on MaxIntra. Once the reception has an approval from Jasper or Ilse, you can have your key updated at the reception.

    Room 202

This room can be used for first aid emergencies, or for anyone who is temporarily not feeling well and wants to lay down for a short period. The key can be picked up from the reception pigeonhole, and needs to be returned afterwards.
