The grant covers the costs of student assistant support and any other direct costs, such as participant payment, for a total up to €16,800.

    How to apply

To apply, submit a one-page proposal (Times New Roman, font size 10, single spaced, 2.5 cm margins) explaining:

Email your proposal to thy.mathu@mpi.nl. The submission deadline is 15 May.

    Panel

The proposals will be reviewed by an internal committee consisting of representatives from the directorate, research staff, PhD students and the equal opportunity officer. The committee is composed ad hoc by Antje Meyer after the submissions have been received to avoid conflicts of interest and taking into account the expertise needed.

    The selection criteria are:

    • Eligibility
    • Scientific interest of the question
    • Soundness of approach
    • Feasibility within a year with one RA

The winners will be announced during the Proudly Presents event on 3 July.
