Experiment room access request
You can request access to one or more experiment rooms via the link you can find on this page. This procedure also involves updating your MPI key for these rooms.
If you want to make a reservation for one of the experiment rooms, you need editing rights for the calendar of the room. You can request access to experiment rooms via the link below. If you are a new user, please see the screenshots below for an explanation on how to request access to an experiment room.

When you get access to an experiment facility, you automatically get access to all rooms associated with that lab (see lab specifications). When you submit a request, an email is automatically sent to the reception. You can activate your key by going to the reception and give them you key. They will then update you key. Please note that if the key of anyone who has access to experiment rooms will not be valid until the end of a contract or guest status, but for a limited period of time, either June 30th or December 31st of each year. You will be reminded to extend your key access, because the limited period is applicable to all rooms on your key, so also your office and the main entrance door!

Select the experiment room cluster you need access for and click the 'Add' button.
It is very important that you inform the TG and the reception if you no longer need access to experiment rooms, because there is a limited number of users that can have access to each experiment room! To avoid blocking the access for people who really need to use an experiment room, you should always make sure to have your key access adjusted at the reception.
Most experiment rooms can be reserved in the calendar timetable through this link. Please make sure you use a new browser window when you are also active in another database, such as the Participant Database. All MPI users can check the timetables of all rooms.
