Office Furniture and Supplies
As a member of the MPI, we of course provide you with an equipped office! Additionally, basic office supplies (pens, pencils, stationary, envelopes, note pads, etc.) are available on the shelves in the basement at all times.
Office furniture
As per our general regulations the following standard furniture list is applicable for each work place in each office for each employee:
- One desk + chair
- One bookcase
- One whiteboard or corkboard
- One base cabinet
Information about available additional furniture and costs (in case furniture needs to be purchased) can be obtained from Facility.
If you have questions or need advice about your working place conditions click here.
Any request for office allocation or the purchase of additional furniture needs to be approved by the director of your department or its secretary.
Office supplies
If you are in need of supplies that you cannot find in the basement, other supplies may be obtained from the Facility Service Desk in office 124 during business hours. For special requests you can contact us at Facility.
