Request for an Institute Bicycle or Car

If you would like to borrow a bicycle, please download the Request form for a bicycle.

This form should be given to Rober van Thiel and he will inform you if one is available.

Please note the following:

• A guest of the MPI can borrow a bicycle for an initial maximum period of 1 week.
• The MPI host or department secretary can already request a bicycle for the guest in advance. It is not necessary to wait until the guest has actually arrived. The host or secretary should sign the request form.
• If the guest wishes to borrow the bicycle for a longer period, he/she/they can request for an extension at least one working day before the end date of the initial period and then should sign the form him/her/themself.
• Employees can borrow a bicycle for business purposes only, for a maximum of 1 day at a time and for use during MPI business hours only.

The MPI has a BMW available for MPI employees for business purposes only.
